Dear Representative,

Thank you for your interest in participating in our 2010 convention. This year marks the 54th Annual Convention of the ACCO. We are pleased to be hosting this event at Harveys Lake Tahoe Resort and Casino.

We have made special effort to insure that our exhibitors and sponsors are provided with the greatest possible recognition and exposure to our attendees and general membership. Please take a moment to review the enclosed comments from the exhibitors and sponsors who have joined us the last several years. Be assured that the ACCO will work diligently to make this convention a success for everyone who participates.

The benefits of exhibiting with the ACCO include:

  • Listing on our website with a direct link to your company website,
  • Listing in the convention’s Proceedings Manual (provided to all attendees),
  • Listing in the Journal of the American College of Chiropractic Orthopedists (JACCO), Mailing list of all convention attendees,
  • One ticket to each of two luncheons with a chance to promote your company,
  • Advanced notice at future ACCO conventions,
  • Preferential advertising opportunities in the conference Proceedings Manual,
  • The opportunity to sponsor special convention events, meals, and activities.

Please review the enclosed Convention Sponsorship information form for specific information regarding availability. All sponsorships that are paid in full by January 15, 2010 will also benefit from inclusion of your company name and logo on all of our Convention Announcements.

The Exhibits Hall floor plan at Harveys Lake Tahoe will provide a high level of attendee foot traffic, as the doctors must travel though the Exhibits Hall to get to the Speaker’s Hall where they attend lectures for CE credits and re-licensing. The Exhibits Hall is also the center of activity during the conference, since the attending doctors participate in drawings for donated items during the seminar breaks. Because they must be present to win, the doctors congregate in the Exhibits Hall.  Three Continental Breakfasts and a Buffet Lunch will take place in the Exhibit Hall.

Register today to secure your space at this exciting convention by sending a deposit of $250.

The ACCO is an International Organization dedicated to the advancement of the practice of non-surgical orthopedics and whose mission is to provide the highest quality continuing education programs.

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES, co-sponsor of the 2010 convention, is a WORLD RENOWNED CHIROPRACTIC COLLEGE.

Your participation will allow you to promote your products to the most successful and progressive Chiropractors in the United States, Europe and Canada. Many attend specifically to purchase equipment, supplies and services such as your company offers.
