Thank you for your interest in participating in our 2011 convention. This year marks the 55th Annual Convention of the ACCO. We are pleased to be hosting this event at the newly remodeled Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas. 

The ACCO is an International Organization dedicated to the advancement of the practice of non-surgical orthopedics and whose mission is to provide the highest quality continuing education programs.

The benefits of supporting our event include:

  • Listing on our website with a direct link to your company website,
  • Listing in the Convention’s Proceedings Manual (provided to all attendees),
  • Listing in the Journal of the American College of Chiropractic Orthopedists (JACCO),
  • Mailing list of all convention attendees,
  • One ticket to each of two luncheons and  two breakfasts with an opportunity to promote your company’s products and services,
  • Advanced notice of future ACCO conventions,

This year we are offering several levels of sponsorship, some of which include booth space in the same room that we have our meals and breaks.

COSTS
Exhibit Booth Space $750  Additional Space $500

Platinum Sponsorship
: $2,500 includes two exhibit spaces, a Continental Breakfast Sponsorship, ACCO Web Page Ads with a link to your website, Advertising on all promotional materials, Your logo on the CD Jacket of our Proceedings Manual with a full page advertisement inside.  

Gold Sponsorship
: $2,000 includes two exhibit spaces, a Continental Breakfast Co-Sponsorship, ACCO Web Page Ads with a link to your website, Advertising on all promotional materials, and a half-page advertisement inside our Proceedings CD.

Silver Sponsorship: $
1,500 includes one exhibit space, ACCO Web Page Ad with a link to your website, and advertising on all promotional materials.

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES, co-sponsor of the 2011 convention, is a WORLD RENOWNED CHIROPRACTIC COLLEGE.

Your participation will allow you to promote your products to the most successful and progressive Chiropractors in the United States, Europe and Canada. Many attend specifically to purchase equipment, supplies and services such as your company offers.

SPECIAL ROOM RATE FOR EXHIBITORS:
Our special discounted room rates are available by calling Tropicana Reservations 1 800 634-4000 or online here. Be sure to mention the ACCO code SACC411.  The Cut-off date for our room block is April 6, 2011.  Discounted rooms are available until December 31, 2010 at $65 per night for Sunday through Thursday and $125 for Friday and Saturday.

All applications are subject to approval by the ACCO Board. Those not accepted will be notified and your payment less a $50 processing fee will be refunded.
